Copyright
IFRS Monitor is sold subject to the normal copyright conditions which apply to newspapers and magazines.  We take the view in general that an individual issue may be circulated internally within an organisation to a maximum of 20 individuals.  Its content may be used as a source for articles and summaries distributed more widely, but the report itself may not be republished as such without negotiating
a special licence.

By way of example, a representative organisation which subscribes might be expected to circulate the full document to members of a financial reporting technical committee, but not to circulate it to individual members of the whole organisation.  However, it might send out its own report to all members citing some relevant material from IFRS Monitor.

If in doubt about whether your planned use is included in the standard subscription, please contact our client services, who will be happy to discuss your needs.

European Research Associates Ltd cannot accept any liability for errors which
may arise.

Disclaimer

IFRS Monitor is compiled by technical reporters who attend the meetings of the International Accounting Standards Board as observers in the public gallery and via the webcast. The summary is given in good faith as a representation of what took place, however no guarantee of absolute accuracy can be given, owing to the circumstances in which the reports are compiled.  Observers have summary
briefing papers but not the detailed agenda papers used by Board members, which are the basis of discussion.  Sound reproduction is rarely optimal and sometimes competing conversations take place simultaneously.  Recording of the proceedings is not permitted.
